Our client based in Warwick are seeking a number of Sales and Customer Service Advisors to work on a part time basis.

The Advisors will deal with customer after sales enquiries in a real time environment, filtering non-after sales service requests and passing to the appropriate department. Probing customers sufficiently to ascertain that only valid service calls are undertaken, to ensure the effective use of valuable field staff resources. Log all service request details on system and obtain suitable appointment, time and date from Operation Support.

Duties will include:

1. Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls, to include varied activities with outbound services and telesales campaigns

2. Using logical questioning skills in an appropriate manner to obtain the maximum relevant information from the customer in the minimum effective time

3. Using well developed negotiation skills to close down problems and agree suitable courses of action to prevent escalation

4. Maximise any revenue generating opportunities identified whilst with dealing with reported warranty requests using strong negotiation and cross selling skills

5. Accurate data input through developed keyboard skills

6. Dealing with non - telephone requests via letters, fax and e-mail

7. Re - booking of further visits when part is confirmed as being available

8. Dealing directly with the engineers to obtain missing information

9. Providing cover for switchboard

10. Meet pre-determined team and operational sales & service Key Performance Indicators and behaviours in job role
